I failed my drivers permit test! Confusing question?

IM SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW! I failed my drivers permit test because I missed the last question on the signs part! The answer didnt even make sense. The sign was the "Y" sign which means bear left or right (according to the book). So, I was confused between two choices, A: "Bear left or right because divided highway starts". B: "Bear left or right because divided highway ends." So, I put A, but it was B! I WAS LIKE WTF! R U KIDDING ME. I still don't get how it's B. Can someone explain?
Well, my brother took the test also, and apparently the second part is super easy, and thanks for the answer, I understand now
 
the divided highway is the straight line. and its about to go separate into to two roads thats why b is correct because the two roads arent highway anymore.. they're two divided streets not one divided highway. oh yeah how easy is the test. im about to take it in two days. i read the book already(freakin boring! or maybe the "Y" was a backwards "Y" are u sure it wasnt backwards?
