I failed land law three times at university - what do I do now?

Hi all,

I studied law at University, graduating 10 years ago this year. But I really struggled with Land Law and failed it three times.

I was told at the time that I would be barred (or something to that effect, can't remember the exact words).

But I'm wondering what the state of play is now, as I am considering going back to Uni to do a postgrad CPE course.
