I fail at phones.,

I'm pretty sure that's the one thing I don't fail at.

I'm just going to start keeping it in my zipper pocket of my purse instead of in my back pocket, hoodie pocket, or hand, which is where it normally is.

Cheap disposable cell phones are built like bricks. I was sitting outside of my high school sophomore year and I was having a bad day and got some bad news that cost me a good chunk of change so... doing the logical thing I whipped my phone at the nearest brick wall...it didn't even scratch the phone and it still worked...you might want to get one of those.

But I don't want one of those. I use my phone constantly; I want something I'm going to enjoy using. The problem isn't the kind of phone I'm buying, it's just that I'm forgetful and don;t think ahead sometimes. I just need to keep it in a safer place.

I rarely set my phone down in random places. I used to keep it in my pocket, now I have a case clipped onto my belt. When I'm not using my phone, it's in its case. Or, like now, in my bedroom on the charger.

If you can get into a habit like that, you should never lose your phone. :)

That's just weird. I can imagine a computer being used for entertainment. I mean, it's got a nice large screen, it's got a nice large keyboard, you can connect all sorts of things to it, you can get really nice sound and pictures from it, it can be used for entertainment. Something with a screen the size of two postage stamps, with a keypad (or at best a tiny keyboard designed for people with really small hands) can be used for entertainment? it's got the display capabilities of a 10-year-old PC, and even that had a larger screen and keyboard and had better sound :P

I mean, oh look, I can take blurry pictures! I can play games that look like they took a modern game and coded it for a PC that's ten years old, with a tiny screen! I tried one of those the other day, youtube was a hoot, the words on the pages looked like this

Actually I don't think it's possible to actually show you how tiny the words were. They were that tiny. And the videos never worked anyway.

Carry a netbook then, it's light enough and actually works for the most part, you can actually watch video on it (without a magnifying glass) and the keyboard isn't really tiny. Plus it fits in most bags. Most of the parts of the phone that don't work as a phone, are at least ten years out of date.

Uh, hello? I don't want a netbook, I want a PHONE that does everything I want it to do so that I only have to carry ONE device instead of 4. I don't care that the shit is a bit slower or the camera isn't 10 megapixels.
