I am very physically active... On Mondays I have 3 1/2 hours ballet & 2 hours jazz. I spend about 30 minutes on the elliptical. On Tuesdays I walk 40 minutes to iceskate, iceskate for 2 hours, then walk 40 minutes back. I spend 2 hours on the elliptical. On Wednesdays I have 1 hour contemporary & 1 hour character dance + 2 hours on the elliptical. On Thursdays I have 3 1/2 hours ballet, 2 hours jazz, 1 hour eisteddfod class. On Fridays I have 1 hour contemporary & 2 hours character dance. I usually spend 1 hour on the elliptical. On Saturday I have 4 hours ballet, then I spend the rest of the day playing tennis & come home & do 2 hours on the elliptical. & on Sundays I have dance competitions.
However, compared to my peers at school I am very unfit. They never exercise & spend all their time at home playing world of warcraft until 1 in the morning. My friend has asthma & she is much fitter than I am. What I am saying, is that during cross country running she can run for about 8 minutes before she has to stop & I can probably run for 10 seconds before I stop. It is so hard for me & when I dance I get very tired (although we are not allowed to let it show). Why am I unfit? I am not overweight.. I am slightly underweight (bmi is 17.7 & I have to get to 18.5 to get into the normal range). Why is everyone fitter than me? I am 15.
But i'm not overweight? I can eat everything & gain nothing. Plus, I do not exercise to lose weight. That is called an eating disorder. I exercise for fun & dancing is a work thing.
Well actually I am quite muscular.. I have very muscular legs & prominent abs.. Although my arms are very weak. I do eat a lot though. I don't think I should eat any more...
