i exercise by riding my bike along the ocean, try to keep it going for 20

minutes or so, no coasting. just? riding. now i know that using the larger muscles in the legs are much better than just lifting weights. those of you that daily exercise, is 20 minutes of aerobic exercise enough? thats 20 minutes minimum, at times it can go almost an hour.
2 hours????? you gotta be kidding!!!! i will shrink down to nothing!! i dont have time for THAT much exercise!!
no the Harley Ride is usually for hours, if i can get it started.
