Hi I eat tuna once a day and i would like to eat it more than once a day because it's really good for my diet as far as protein, but i've been looking things up and it has been found that there may be small amounts of mercury in tuna. i love tuna and sardines in my diet and i dont have time to really cook anything, tuna, some smart balance mayo, whole grain bread makes my day, lol. so can someone really give me a thorough answer about tuna and mercury.
