I eat only one meal a day and exercise?

I have 2 sausages which have 174 calories together I also have a bag of mixed vegetables which is 50 calories and sometime 2 plain baked potatoes I also exercise 5 days a week for about 1 hour and 10 minutes and the only thing I drink is water I have lost 20 kg in about 2 months just wanna know is it ok and also is it ok to have a bag of potatoe chips once a week
