I am really REALLY trying to lose weight! I've been at it for almost a year now and I see absolutely no changes. I eat less but not so little that I starve myself, I never ever eat junk food or eat fast food. And when I do indulge it's in very tiny portions. I don't over eat and I'm a vegan, along with all of this I exercise as much as I can by taking extremley long power walks or running up and down my stairs 150 times and I try to stretch (throwing in a little in yoga when I do) every day. But despite all my efforts I have not dropped any weight. I even attempted the atkins diet once and stayed very strictly to it but even then nothing! I don't understand this one bit and it's driving me totally binkers! I'm 19 and yet I can't shed a pound, if anyone has any advice or answers please let me no. Because I would love to find out just what my issue is???
