I am 19 and Im about 145 lbs kind of skinny in my opinion for my age so I tried eating food that have high calories like 4-5 days a week for months now yet I don't really gain a lot of weight. I've been told I have a high metabolism and it will get lower while getting older but will I regret eating so much fried foods in the future or will I be okay if I just start eating healthier now while growing up?
