I eat around 700 cals a day - should i be eating more?

I'm 14 years old and i can eat around 700 cals a day without starving myself. I weight 7.5 stone but want to get down to 7 stone, i eat lots of fruit and do 20 mins of low exercise a day, and then about an hour and a half's exercise twice a week. I also drink 3 cups of green tea a day.
Since June I have stayed 7.5 stone, give or take a few pounds. Why haven't I been losing any weight?
 
Your 14!!!! You shouldn't be obsessing with food!

You need waaayyy more calories to stay healthy and even to lose weight. Stick to your low exercise and your healthy eating even the green tea, just add some carbohydrates like rice or some meat. Eat three full meals a day...you want to be feeling comfortably hungry not on the brink of starvation and if your not too happy with the idea of snacking the just munch on smoothies or nuts, thats great for protein!


Stick with your healthy attitude as it'll stay for life just add some more! :)

Yeah, your metabolism doesn't work properly when you're eating that little calories in a day. I would aim to eat like 1,500. By the way, 7.5 stone is not fat at ALL. 8 stone isn't even fat. just saying. :)
