I eat 2 pieces of toast with a very thin layer of chocolate spread so about 250 calories at 7:30am, then at 4pm i eat dinner and most dinners are about 400 calories apparently? Then at 6pm i do an hour of dancing so i may as well of burned all my breakfast off. At about 8pm, i eat a piece of fruit/glass of milk or nothing, but i'm hoping to get some water biscuits soon as a snack?
Also people say when you eat more small meals a day it increases your motabolism, well since i've ate like this i've had more energy and i can do the dancing better whereas when i used to i'd have to have a 5 minute break and a drink, but now i just can do it all.
Is this bad or would you say it's okay? My dinners tend to have a carbohydrate and vegetables and sometimes meat. Most days i'll have about 2/3 a day and once or twice a week i will have all 5 a day.
Oh and i also do p.e at school for an hour on tuesdays and wednesdays so sometimes i don't do another hour of dancing on those days.
