i eat 1200 and then do atleast 40 minutes exercise why arnt i losing cm or weight?

hello there,
im a 14 year old girl 5'2 and 55 kg (121 pounds)
i do boxing/kickbxoing/jiujitsu nearly every day and the days im not i go on the spin bike, why arnt i losing weight or centre metres?
i eat 1200 calories of food a day, this is my usual diet ...

Breakfast: multigrain toast with cream chese (300 calories)
Lunch: apple 100 icey pole 100
Dinner: toast OR chicken and salad OR chicken in some form (in roll, barbecued etc)
Snack: corn thins with cream chese (300) diet jelly, fruit etc

please help!
