Today at school my phone fell in the toilet... I got it out really quick, but I couldn't get the back off for like 5 minutes so the water ended up seeping into the back. It worked perfectly fine for like 5 minutes but then it stopped that's when I got the back off of it. 15 minutes later my mom showed up with a bag pf rice and it's been in there since (yes, the battery is seperate from the phone). It will turn on and I can still see everything, but when I click on something it spazzes and then shuts off. Do you think it'll be ok within the next couple of days? And if not, if I get a new battery will it work right? I just got this phone 2 days ago so I really could use all the help I can get!
Oh... I didn't like send messages or anything I jsut put the battery in to see if it worked... I have like 4 friends who did the rice thing and their phones work perfectly fine. I didn't get the warranty... but I can still get it do you have to have the phone with you when you go to get the insurance?
Ok... so a lot of you are saying to keep it off bc it will fry the insides if i turn it back on too soon.... when do I know it's been in long enough?
