I drive a manual 4 cylinder Mazda Protege 1993. I'm noticing hiccups/hesitation?

What would cause this to happen??

I can feel it slightly before I even put it in gear, when I'm idling in a parking spot. And when I speed up (and keep it at a constant speed) it hiccups/hesitates just a little. Not really bad, but enough that I can notice it.


I just had an oil change about 4 weeks ago.
