I drive a 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe A part needs to be replaced?

I just took my car to the dealer and I am currently being told I need to have the O2 sensor replaced I am not positive if its the front or the rear sensor but I am being told it will cost $365 for parts and labor this price sounds ridiculous to me. I want to know if this is a fair price and if I should have the work done
