I drive a 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 hatchback. I need a replacement under-hood insulator,

but I can't find one...? I have been searching the catalog of genuine ford parts as well as autozone, advance auto parts and JC Whitney. If anyone has ever bought a replacement for this insulator, or if you know where I can get one, please help. Thank you!
 
that insulator is not needed. if anything its better with out it this way the heat from the engine can escape, but the down side of it is you hear the engine a bit louder but still.
