i downloaded a mp3 ringtone from funformobile.com and now it wont let me go into my

ringtone area in my cell? i have a metro pcs sch-r450 dose anyone know what i can do.....please help ............every time i try to click on my ringtone section in my phone the phone restarts HELP PLS!!!
