My thighs don't touch normally, but since I gained 3 pounds, my thighs got fatter and they're touching now. How can I get it back to normal? What exercises should I do to trim them? I'll also be doing a cardio exercise, too. But, I want a resistance routine to trim my thighs. I don't want muscle to grow, but to trim off the fat. If you can find some videos showing the tips too it'd be great.
