So when i started my dieting and exercise, i lost about 15 pounds the first two months.
I was doing 40 minutes of circut training, (muscle toning/ building) and about 20 minutes of cardio.
I haven't changed anything, but i'm sort of starting to just get big muscles instead of lose weight. Which isn't what i was going for.. I'm nut sure what my body fat% is, but I know its pretty low. I don't have anywhere on my body that I can actually pinch with my fingers and know that its fat. (If that made sense) Its all just skin, and I have a lot of muscle.
I want to keep it that way rather than build MORE muscle. I also have started eating cottage cheese every morning. Is that something that bulks you up? If so, i'll stop..
But does anyone know any workouts i can do to maintain my body? Not build muscle.
