I'm dating this 24 year old guy. We met a year or so ago and had been talking on and off. He finally asked me out on a date and I agreed. We've been dating for I guess 2 months now....but I just don't get him. He says I'm a great girl and he really likes me, but he's blown off plans with me the past two times because of work. I wasn't feeling good friday night and he wanted to hang out but I had a migraine and couldn't go out. On saturday he went to miami and on sunday we were supposed to get together but he said he "felt bad" but was super tired and just drove 4 hours and worked and he just wanted to pass out (he does work sundays usually). Then he invited me to go to miami with him in 2 weeks. Does this mean he's into me or just playing around? Do you think work is just demanding for him and that's why he's blown me off or do you think its an excuse? I'm so scared to trust guys because I've dated such douche bags....i have no idea how to tell whether he's genuine or not.
