I dont think this much fussing and whining is normal?

My daughter is a little over 10 mths old and I've been realizing that she's fussing a lot...

Yes I'm well aware that babies fuss and whine....but this is practically every single minute of everyday unless she's eating or sleeping. Literally...no exxageration. She's well fed..diaper changed...etc etc....but I have no clue why she whines and fusses the whole time I'm trying to play with her.....?

Is something wrong? Everytime I get up from the couch just to grab the remote...or something.. she looks up at me and looks as if she's so anxious, nervous, and insecure that I'm getting up to go a few inches away from her.....

Is this a phase type thing for her age...? Advice please?

Welcome to separation anxiety. It is a pretty hard phase to take, you really can't move an inch. It is totally normal and it will pass. You can help a little by playing games with her that cement that you will come back, like peek-a-boo. She will get over it but it will take time.

I would also recommend you invest in a sling, this way you can walk around and get things done while still keeping her close and happy. When my baby was going through the same thing I basically wore her all day and it really saved my sanity. Plus I lost like 5 lbs!

Good luck, remember she will grow out of it.
