Chocolate could make anyone thirsty but not to a point that they start running around looking for water. It depends how much you eat in one sitting. Small amounts do not cause noticeable thirst.

Of course not. I don't particularly care for chocolate either but I never really thought about if it makes me thirsty. Chocolate is considered an aphrodisiac food and I think thats what make people so drawn to it. Just like sushi.
