I dont know whats wrong with my car?

i have a 2000 hyundai tiburon, 5 speed manual V6. lately its been sputtering and dieing when at a complete stop. i just put in a new fuel filter and then it died for good. the high pressure hose hooked up to the power steering is leaking too. im not sure whats wrong with it. the battery has power and its not the starter. could it possibly be the fuel pump relay. please somebody tell me
