I don't know what to do, go to the second-to-last dance or concert with my mom!?

We're having our schools second to last dance this friday, but my mom told me we have tickets to see a band thats doing Elton John songs. Both of them start at the same time!!! My mom had already bought them when she told me, so i dont know what to do! She says I could go to the dance if I want to, but I'd feel guilty if I did. She might just go with my brother though and sell the other ticket. What should I do?!
Yeah im probably just gonna go to the concert. Our school dances are pretty lame anywayys.
 
I would go to the concert. It would make your mom really happy and there is another dance. And if you aren't a senior there will always be dances next year!! Make your mom happy, you have no idea how much it will mean to her.
 
I would go to the concert with your mom. It'd be an experience and she wanted to surprise you with it anyway, otherwise she'd have waited to buy the tickets. It'll make her happy, you not guilty, and you still have at least one more dance left. =)
 
I would definately go with your mother, even if you don't like the music. She's kind enough to think of you and I would take this advantage wisely. After all, you won't have many opportunities to go with your mom to concerts after this. Love your mother while you're still young.

Besides, it's the second to last dance - not the last one. :D

dude just go to the concert..it's not like it's the last dance...second to the last doesn't mean anything..actually school dances are lame..but the last ones are the ones that count.
so.
