I am looking for a film that I have watched twice a few years ago.
Its about a couple who are who are going to have a baby and their doctor offers them a chance to have the perfect baby, which they accept. There is one in a million (or there abouts) chance that the treatment can go wrong.
Their neighbours had had the treatment but theirs had gone wrong.
They had to hide the child in the basement and the couple found out about him then tried to reverse the treatment.
I know this is a bit vague but Ive been trying to find this film for ages.
