I want to know about meditation I want to learn how to meditate how to be fearless calm how to deal under pressure how to improve my fighting skills and also how to improve myself as a person I have never done this as a matter affect I tried it once but is very hard is there any other way easier and effective and what do you mostly concentrate on when your in the zone? and how do you finally know when your meditating? can you meditate while your laying down? I have back probles and i dont know if i could do it with my legs sitting down like the (indian style) and if it could also improve my awareness and other things in life like manifesting? but please show me the most easy fast way to see results thank you
