I don't work out of fear. I have forced myself to work before and cannot stand being watched by people to make sure I do the job. I shake so badly I cannot do the job. I shake everytime the boss stands near me or watches me and am too frightened to ask for any help or ask him for anything. The bosses and supervisors I have had play on this, make fun of me and bully me even more, yell at me and shake their fist at me and I shake and break down crying. I can do the job but cannot handle the pressure and get so nervous I leave or end up being fired. I suffer with anxiety too.
I don't feel at all confident in the working environment?
