I dont eat until later in the day but then i eat so much!!?

i dont feel hungry at all in the morning so i dont eat anything. and while im at school im usually chewing on gum or tic tacs so that keeps me from getting hungry. so when i get home from school around 3:30 i start getting hungry! and no matter how much i try i cant stop eating!!! i eat so much until i feel like im going to be sick!! i feel gross and terrible but i cant help it!!! im a healthy weight too so yeah. 1 of my friends said if i ate small snacks during the day that would help but i dont no wut 2 do HELP!!
 
maybe you aren't hungry in the morning because you ate so much the night before.
 
just cause ur not hungry in the morning doesnt mean you shouldnt eat. it will get your metabolism goin. its bad to eat that much in the afternoon.
 
You should spread your time out evenly. Don't just eat a lot at one time. Eat a little in the morning, then a little in the afternoon, and then night.
 
So change your habits and start with a good breakfast! This will prevent the hungries for the rest of the day, bacon and eggs with whole grain toast will do more for you than anything else.

Then eat a light lunch - I like salads! with real dressing, the fat content of the dressing prevents afternoon starvin marvins!

After school have another light salad! And a couple glasses of water or iced tea!

When you think you want to vacuum the pantry and fridge, go for a nice long fast walk. Clock it to an hour as fast as you can walk! I don't know why but this works! It also tones up your bod so when summer gets here you will look really cute in a bikini!

Eat whatever your mother sets out for dinner, but only half a serving of each dish! Drink a couple more glasses of water.

Bedtime snack? have a handful of almonds, not a heaping can't possibly enclose them handful.

If you never get really hungry, then you won't be so tempted to over eat at the one meal?? time of the day you are currently doing.
