All you have to do is simple go back open your project and simple save it a a windows microsoft formate. I know you can do this, as my mother has open office on her computer.

With your file open, click file, save as, then in the save as drop down menu select a windows microsoft format. And then save it and your teacher will be able to open it.

It's a shame your teacher doesn't know about open office, she could have saved big bucks by having it.

OpenOffice can save documents as Office filetypes; i.e. you can save a slideshow as a PowerPoint-compatible format. When saving your slideshow, use the little dropdown menu below the field where you enter your name for the file. There should be a list of filetypes. Scroll down until you find "*.ppt" or something similar. That'll work with PowerPoint.

you should be able to download a powerpoint file type of your project off of open office if i'm not mistaken. whats the file type you have on ur flash drive?
