I woke up and they hurt like someone was stabbing the top of my feet when I put pressure on them.
Walking around this morning and its not as bad now and it dont hurt but i can still feel the ache a little.
Can it be from running in the wrong shoes for practice. Most people have running shoes for practice, I just run in a old pair of Low Top Jordan 11's. Because I stretch and everything, we stretch as a group.
What is it and what can I do?
