...eating all the junk food? Okay, so I love junk food just like everybody else. I love mcdonalds, I love eating out, I love it even though I know I'll turn into a fatass if I keep eating like I do. I also love fruits and vegetables and eating healthy, I love salads, stuff like that. So how can I MAKE myself only eat the healthy foods. I get in the mood to only eat healthy foods so that's all I buy, but then I get cravings for junk food and I can't stop myself from going out and buying a few junk food items like doritos or nutty bars. Please give me some advice, any advice, on how to keep myself from buying those things. I know I don't need them and I regret it after I eat them so any advice you have that could help me have more willpower (as ridiculous as that sounds) I'm all for listening to your advice. Thanks! :)
haha emma.. great advice. I'll do that and it will probably help too because I do that too, remember things well so if I watch something about junk food that's really gross it will turn me off to eating junk food. Thank you so much!!!! :)
