...eating all the junk food? Okay, so I love junk food just like everybody else. I love mcdonalds, I love eating out, I love it even though I know I'll turn into a fatass if I keep eating like I do. I also love fruits and vegetables and eating healthy, I love salads, stuff like that. So how can I MAKE myself only eat the healthy foods. I get in the mood to only eat healthy foods so that's all I buy, but then I get cravings for junk food and I can't stop myself from going out and buying a few junk food items like doritos or nutty bars. Please give me some advice, any advice, on how to keep myself from buying those things. I know I don't need them and I regret it after I eat them so any advice you have that could help me have more willpower (as ridiculous as that sounds) I'm all for listening to your advice. Thanks! 
haha emma.. great advice. I'll do that and it will probably help too because I do that too, remember things well so if I watch something about junk food that's really gross it will turn me off to eating junk food. Thank you so much!!!!
