I do hip hop so i have bounce in my feet, when i do Salsa it looks odd..how to

i would say try and push your energy through to the ground. Keep your feet strong and push down through your legs. Feel graceful, keep upright and strong.
I dont know much, i do tap, ballet and jazz
 
Push your energy to the ground and try to keep your core and leg muscles tight. Plus, try not to bob. This is a great dancer's trick, film yourself dancing and look at it and try to fix your mistakes and film it again to try to look for other mistakes.

eliminate that bounce for Salsa? Please give me practical tips that i can apply...don't say practice is the answer coz i am practicing both side by side.
