I do everything from virus/spyware clean up to system rebuilds. Been doing this for a long time and I do this for a living professionally.
Am doing a rebuild for a return customer. It will easily take me 5-6 hours to complete the rebuild, put her drivers back, install her commonly used software, etc.
How much is a safe amount to charge this customer factoring in my time, the fact that she is a return customer, etc.?
