The sit-ups are useless if you can do 100.
Focus on intense biking sessions where you interval with he bike, and ride as fast as you can.
Intensity stimulates fat loss. Cutting down on the carbohydrates also forces your body to use fat as a primary source of energy, rather than sugar/carbohydrates. And it prevents lipogenesis(fat creation).
