I didn't have sex, but could I be pregnant?

Please don't think this is a stupid question. I am 18, and have never been "sexually active" other than..erm..."fooling around", I suppose. I recently landed myself a pretty decent boyfriend. Well, one thing led to another and I, for the first time, gave a blow job. Now, that aside, I am a germaphobe. I hate the idea of a mans penis in my mouth, and told him I would only do so with a condom. (don't make fun of me!) He agreed, easily. And so it began, and sometime later, he ejaculated (in the condom, of course). Then, I suppose it was my turn. He pulled the condom off, and threw it away. However, he ended up getting some of his own seamen on his hands. He wiped them off with a tissue (he said thoroughly, but you never know), and then continued to, well, finger me. (with the same hand). And then he laid on top of me. Now, I wasn't really concerned until I realized that the same hand he had seamen on ended up, in me. We did NOT have sex. (I want to wait until marriage). But I can't remember if I got my period this month or not. And i don't really keep track of it anymore, so I don't know when it would be due again. So my question is, I don't think I'm pregnant, but is it possible?? And if I'm not sure and I don't get my period in the next few weeks, when should I take a pregnancy test?

Again, please don't make fun of me, it's a serious question and a serious concern.
