I ordered something from Forever 21 this morning and I usually get the confirmation email immediately but it still hasn't come. I used a gift card (not from Forever 21), but I've done so before and it worked. But in myaccount the order shows up. It doesn't say it shipped, but it's there-it just says NEW. if I use the gift card on something else and the order goes through later, but there is no money left on the gift card what happens?
I didn't get a confirmation message from Forever 21...?
