I did not get my Lineage DVD from the Codex Edition (Assassins Creed Brotherhood)?

I bought the Codex edition from EB Games Liverpool on the 18th November, 2010.
When I got home, I opened the box, seeing everything BUT the Lineage DVD.
What should I do?
