I DESPERATELY need help with writing the third affirmative argument in a debate!!!!?

I really need help with writing the introduction of my argument!!! Im the third affirmative and our debate topic is 'censorship is an insult to the intelligence'
Do I include a point if Im the third affirmative? and if I do it will be democracy does not exist in a censored world'
PLEASE Help me write the argument!!!!
