I have the same problem, now i don't know what to do, stupid HTML:IFrame-JS [Trj] trojan gets on my nerves 
asked the same question. hosting company said that i should backup, but unfortunately i don't have, any other way than deleting public_html, i don't see, that's a nasty trojan, but wait what others will say!
