I Demand My Money Back!! The Worst Films You've Ever Had To Sit Through

I seem to remember a film called The Player or Players, which was critically acclaimed.

I loathed it. The first and only film I have ever walked out of the cinema from.

Why oh why do you give those bastarRAB your hard earned? Are you the same people who go and see the same shit every time and complain that it's no good. Everyone knows it's a shit film without going to see it. Don't you know by now, if you pay money to see these piece of shit films, they're only going to make another one.

I'll see you on this forum in a year's time, when they make Fantasy Movie, and you'll be back on here saying, "I can't believe I wasted my money going and seeing it."

God.

I have never watched any of those five other films that you have listed. I have no idea whether thay are rubbish or not. What relevance have they got to whether or not "Disaster Movie" is rubbish or not? I could equally well list any other five films which I think are excellent. Would that mean that "Disaster Movie" is therefore also excellent? Of course not.

Judging by the trailer, I thought "Disaster Movie" would be quite good - perhaps a bit like Airplane, which is excellent. I don't want my enjoyment of a film to be ruined by reading a whole load of stuff about it on forums before I have seen it, and finding out half of what happens in the film, and therefore I deliberately don't read spoilers about films which I haven't seen yet.

I hope this clarifies things. If you still don't understand the concept that I won't know if a film is rubbish until I've seen it, then that's your problem.

The question asked is: I Demand My Money Back!! The Worst Films You've Ever Had To Sit Through.

Quantum Of Solice is my personal answer. You may have liked it but it's the worst film I have had to sit through.

Thanks.

Oh dear, poor you. I'm not a fan of war films either. The only thing in the film I liked was the fact Nirvana's 'Something in the way' is on the soundtrack. I could have stayed at home and put 'Nevermind' on! I had no say when me and a group of mates went to see this at the cinema - my best mate was particularly eager to watch it. Me and the other two frienRAB reckon he wanted to see it because Jake Gyllenhaal takes his top off. :D

Catwoman, the fight between Halle Berry and Sharon Stone was just the funniest thing i have seen in the movies,it just about summed up how bad this movie was, this was another bit of torture that United Airlines inflicted on me on a transaltantic flight.there was bits of it which i did fall asleep ,also another Halle Berry film wich i fell asleep during was Die Another Day which should have been retitled Dire Another Day!!!!!

1. The reason why I keep saying the same thing several times is because some of the other people in this thread seem to have great difficulty in understanding the point that (a) I don't know what a film will be like until I've seen it, and (b) I had no reason to assume that some other films (which I also haven't seen) might be an indication of whether DM might be a good film or not.

2. It took you and Revelian several messages before anybody made the point that those other films (which I had never heard of) were other spoof films, or that they had any connection with Disaster Movie.

3. Not once did I say that you had said that I shouldn't have seen it, or that I was daft to have seen it.

4. The fact that I have never seen them is exactly the reason why it is not logical for me to have used them as a basis for udging whether DM is rubbish or not.

Blair Witch Project.

I remember when it came out at the cinema it was shown on the news as sooooo many people were walking out being sick because 'it was so scary'. No, it was because of motion sickness !!!!!

I went to see it, and both myself and my husband got very sick.

We demanded our money back, because there were no warnings to say it could cause motion sickness.

Alright, alright - let's stop this bollocks now. I'm sure everyone else is getting pissed off having to read our argument. So you didn't know it was the worst film since Gangs Of New York. Now you do. Lesson learned. Fair enough. End of. Nice one. :)

The worst film I've ever sat through at the cinema has to be White Noise. It was packed when I went to see it and the end scene was so ridiculous that everyone laughed at it :D I couldn't believe it when they brought out a follow up!
Another film I hated was Disturbia and its the only film I've ever walked out of half way through. It was a snoozefest

I once had to sit though Fool For Love for a screening at uni- it is offically the worst film I have ever seen- I actually fell asleep three times during it and did not wake up until the credits were rolling, the lights were on and everyone was walking past me!

As it was a screening I can't demand my money back but I can demand the 45 minutes I was awake back instead!
