I deleted a file from flash drive?

I deleted an mp3 file from my flash drive on accident. i right click and pressed 'delete'. i tried looking for it in the recycle bin and its not there. any way to get it back? thanks.


i really need it. it was a copy of todays church sermon and it needs to go on our website. if not, i am in BIG trouble.
