It should. pregnancy tests test for hCG, you don't get that from an IUD or anything else besides pregnancy. If you want the most accurate test possible get a blood test. Blood has 5 x's more hCG than urine.
Yes it will still give you an accurate reading. Pregnancy tests detect the levels of HCG, a pregnancy hormone, which is only present during pregnancy. An IUD should not interfere with the results.
