Ok I dont know if this goes here cuz it could of really sucked but turned out well better than it could of.

Ok holly shit I love being me. :cool: I'm am a stronger guy to say the least and if I was weak this night would of been very bad. Ok this "drunk" knocks on my door and says hi so I said hi to the guy. Well thats when this big guy pops around the corner and puts a knife to my neck. He asks if there is anyone else here, well I say know cuz if they know my daughter is in the house, well it could be bad. They ask oh ok who's little tike? I was like my cousins she comes over once in awhile to hang out and stay the night. So they search the house but my kid likes to sleep walk and move around. THANK GOD!!! tonight she decided to go under her bed in her sleep. (done it before)

Well after I have been getting threatened and beatin for SSN, CC's, and money. Well I'm poor so I dont have any money so they get pissed. About that time Samantha (daughter) decides to walk into the living room asleep. And they go to grab her and I told them "If you touch her, I swear to god you will regret you ever thought of touching her" well the bigger guy presses the knife to my neck and said for me to shut up. I said just let me lay her on the couch and I will sit right back down here I swear. They let me with the knife to my neck the whole time and the "drunk" guy stood right by her the whole time just to piss me off.

Well about 15 minutes after I lay her down the "drunk" guy decides to touch her in a bad way. :mad: Well like any parent there blood boils and with me being not the smallest guy I broke the big guys wrist and through the "drunk" guy through a wall, and spent a minute beating the shit out of him. Sadly that woke my kid up so now she has seen all this stuff and freaked out and ran to her room. (best place for her at that point) me and the big guy go at it for a few when I put his head through a wall he finally stops moving (not dead.. Sadly) I calm Sam down and call the cops.

They got there in like a minute. I spent the better part of an hour taking a statement and all. I ended up knocking both the guys out :D sadly I was soo pissed at that point that if they would of gotten back up I would probably would of killed them and I still kinda want to. I WILL NOT let ANY ONE touch or even get near my child in any way, and if you do I dont care what happens to me but your getting your ass whooped. The cops finally left and I got my kid back in bed and asleep, I just still have that Adrenalin rush goin and cant sleep. That and that guy did kinda fuck me up so I'm in pain and still pissed.

Well my kids asleep in my bed cuz she scared still. (dont blame her) But I dont know what to do at this point. I now have no TV, living room wall, tables, and door to her bed room plus little things. What happens do they pay to fix it all or does the Apt. place fix some and it. What happens cuz I have no money. I figured you guys could help me out on this.

I think I have a small concussion, and my face hurts. But To make me better I just think of what they looked like when they left. :D I cant sleep and the house if fucked. I just cleaned this damn place up. FUCK!!! I cant sleep and have had the max amount of sleeping pills. I just keep thinking of what could of happened to Sam she is soo small and fragile. I just hope this dont mess her up. I dont think she know that guy touched her (fucker pissed me off :mad:) but I do know she see me beat the hell out of one guy a bit and heard me go to war with the big guy. At one point I got tossed into her room and scared the hell out of her. Luckily none of the door parts touched her. Then she heard walls and TV's goin down and all kinds of things. That and no I look like shit.

Sorry its soo long but I need some help on all this never happened to me before. But I'm goin to bed in about 15 20 minutes, so have it some ideas and I might still be up to talk to some of you guys.

First, bad idea to go to bed with a concussion. Go to the ER first. Get brain scan.

Second, realize that while you had a bad experience, and your daughter will probably afraid, you survived, and you life is good. May not feel good right now, but it could have been much, much worse, so be thankful for the blessing you do have.
 
Thanks for the wows I guess you seemed shocked. I had some guys look at me when the cops came but I feel ok just kinda out of it. I know she was just freaked out but I dont know if she will be like scared or something for awhile, even if it is just a week or so. Shit I was freakin out I guess they thought I would be tired from sleeping lol.

Oh and I am thankfull that it didnt turn out worse, it could of gone very bad. I just cant sleep so I found salvation here. :) I just dont know what all to do with all this shit. Shit my daughter is in my room cuz her door is in the middle of her room. That I can fix but there is alot to get done before it looks normal, and Im not touchin the holes in the walls.
 
That's fucking horrible what you and your daugther been through, I understand if you have a hard time after that. I do not what to say because something like this have never happend to myself, and it feel stupid to say something about it then. But I want to say I'm sorry for you and I really want to give you a hug.
 
Lol man its ok I could have been worse, they could of been brick walls. :happysad: Im fine a few walls never hurt anyone Im more afraid of my daughter. I have protected her all her life so she hasnt ever had a prob like this. Most people dont fuck with a 3 year old when there dad 255 (and no not fat Jack lol) tends to get poeple to leave her alone. Then in one night shit goes nuts, and her world gets all fuck around.

Its just hard to think what shes thinking right now well when shes up.
 
Wow, WT. Kids are pretty resilient. She might have some bad nights but I'll bet she'll be fine. If you're truly worried, you can call a doctor and ask them atleast to help you put your mind at ease.

She's probably thinking her daddy's a superhero btw. ;)

I'm glad everything turned out ok, I'm sure the apartment complex has some kind of insurance that will probably pay for things like this, even if they don't they should be able to fix it anyway. It wasn't your fault after all. If they try to pull some kind of crap, I'd just say, "alright, oh, when I call the tv stations for the story, who shall I say they should speak to in regards to this, you know, I'm sure they'll love to speak to the apartment management to get their input". ;)
 
Love leads to many harmfull and painfull experiences, you love her with a passion and I respect that. She'll probally remember it for a long time. Same thing happened to me when I was about 2 years old, except way worse outcome..

Was glad to see in some of the follow up posts that the landlord accepts the financial responsibility to get your home repaired.

I'm not very knowledgeable about children, but would it help her if you talked to her about what happened? Just quiet affirmation that you're there for her.

And I agree with Honey - you are your daughter's hero.

Amazing story. You should really be proud of yourself. I may have missed this, but all they wanted was some money from you? Why would they stay if you didn't have any? You are lucky, and should consider yourself an excellent parent. Your daughter is lucky to have you around.
 
Wow. I'm sorry this world is so fucked up man, but WT, you came through with flying colors. I salute you, and hope I would do the same. I think your daughter will be fine man, and she'll always think of you as the great protector. All in all, Wow.
 
Well I didnt have any money and but I happen to have the keys to this garage storage area my dad works at. Turns out they broke in looking for the keys cuz one of the garages had ALOT of valuables to it. So they figured lets get the keys and rob the guy. I really dont know why shit if they would of said that I would of just gave them to them and let them go.

I didnt have a peephole. I do now thanks to the land lord. :)

I apreciate the comments about the whole hero thing :embarass: but I know alot if not all of you would have done the same thing if you could. You guys have helped me out a bunch with Sam I talk to her earlyer and she seems fine but I told her I was there if she needed me. We added a this deadbolt like thing thats also child proof, well at least Sam cant get out of the house. :D That means she cant sleep walk out the door, so now I can sleep normal hours too. Well as for my concussion, turns out I did have a small one, the doctor said I'll be fine and he gave me some meds. I going to go find out what was in that garage later on today so I will tell you why I had to go through all this shit.
