I couldn't get an erection before sex with my girlfriend. I'm only 16 years old so I doubt it can be ED. I am still a virgin while she is not. I was pretty nervous. Some extra details are I did masturbate twice earlier that day. And I smoked about .25-.5 of a gram of marijuana about 24 hours prior to this. Usually I get erections with her all the time but when we were actually trying to have sex I just could not get it up. (I was doing this myself, I did not receive oral sex or a "handjob" before) What can I do to make sure it does not happen again? Are there certain things I can physically do along with the mental things?
