I copied a logo on Photo Draw and sent it to Word, but now it won't allow me...

...to type a letter over it. HELP? Look, I'm trying to duplicate a letterhead on Photo Draw, then send to Microsoft Word, but when I open it has a four-way arrow thing on my mouse and will not allow me to type any text over it. Please help if you understand this. Thank YOu
