I cooked spaghetti last Wednesday and I have been eating it but now that it has been almost a week, I am concerned for my health. Is it safe to eat without getting myself sick?
tomato based sauces should not be eaten after 3 days of the original date it was cooked.
i think thats almost a general rule for most foods.... although i eat food long after that and still dont get sick..
its probably time to toss it though.
If it doesn't smell or look moldy or it didn't taste weird or you didn't have a power outage during this time period then I would think it is still safe.
