I cooked some of my fresh picked snow peas...?

I think I cooked them a little too long, they weren't crisp like how Chinese resteraunts serve them. I want to saute them, how should I do it, and what should I season them with?
 
The most important thing is THE WOK or PAN has to be SUPER HOT. Therefore, olive oil is not ideal.
Put some canola oil in the wok/pan, wait till it gets hot, then put the food you want to cook in there ( DRY), use spatula to stir it fast.

I also use sliced carrots, chicken meat to stir fry with that.
First -
Marinate the chicken ( slice the chicken breast) with soy sauce, add some black and white pepper for 10 minutes.
Then put in chicken in HOT wok, along with carrots, wait till it's about 90% done, then add you snow peas. Viola !!!
