...and when it came out it smelled like plastic. It didn't smell spoiled per say just like a weird plastic smell. Perhaps it's the cheese the use, a cheaper brand? I just bought it yesterday. My daughter and I had some but then we decided to not eat that much and threw it away. It tasted ok, but the smell was weird. Anyone else had that smell occur with their frozen lasagna, the weird plastic smell?
It was in the foil pan that came with it. I'm just now worried it was contaminated. I might be overreacting but I looked on the web and they've had problems with their beef in the lasagned being contaminated without any funny taste.
there wasn't any plastic...just the foil container it was in with the foil lid. I had taken off the cellophane. I'm hoping we'll be fine. Not going to buy their lasagne anymore.

send them an e-mail and let them know about it! They will send you a coupon for another one! Code and purchase date should accompany your e-mail! I sent one because of a messed up frozen dinner and got a coupon in the mail! Good Luck!

Did it come in some plastic container? Did you remove it? I am guessing that's why it smelled like plastic.

Sounds like you forgot to take the plastic off the top before cooking..I have done this before also.. throw it out.. plus 21/2 hours cooking time seems a bit long to me..

What kind of dish did you cook it in? Maybe 2.5 hours way to much and you started melting the container?
