I confessed to my crush and he didn't reply?

My crush is my ex who i broke up with. (I broke up with him because he was a huge flirt and i was insecure and so i couldn't stand it anymore.) He asked me out several times afterwords but i rejected him. But he still liked me afterwords. Now after sorting out my feelings I found out i still really like him and so i confessed to him but I didn't get a reply. Should I be worried? Will he just reject me? Help </3
